Barry Ruggiero is the founder of New Jersey Paranormal Investigations. He has appeared twice in the Asbury Park Press and the New Jersey Star Ledger as a paranormal investigator. TV appearances include My Philly 17 morning show where he investigated Fort Mifflin.
He has been in the field for 23 years. Dave Juliano mentored Barry shortly after his first paranormal experience in Gettysburg, and Barry still follows the same methods that Dave taught him. His current specialty is how our feelings transcend into energy, and how we then experience those feelings again as a haunting.
